  • Re: Should I vaccinate my 8 week old baby?

Kiwi-gal:  I agree that doctors are continuing to patronise and threaten us. They don't seem to get it - we can call up any medical research we need on-line these days to enable us to make an independent decision on our family's health and medical treatment. We know our own medical history best and can make an informed choice about ...

  • Drugs and allergic reactions

A few months ago I had a severe allergic reaction to the colouring and coating on Rosuvastatin which was caused by E171 (Titanium Dioxide) and E172 Red Iron Oxide and the coating Cospovidone.  I am now trying to find out more information on cospovidone which is disintegrant, and also what other products (including food stuffs) which ...

  • Drug Reactions

When my 2 year old grandson had a very severe reaction to the meningitus vaccination which involved him being kept in hospital, I suggested to my daughter that she contact her doctor and ask him to complete the yellow card.  Her doctor's practice said they had never heard of such a thing!  Thank you for producing a yellow card on ...

  • Re: Drugs and their "side" effects?

I agree.  It's really all just a marketing ploy.  You have a drug and it mainstream effects, and then it's other effects.  But who would want to take something to cause dizziness or headache, hence it's a side effect. Don't believe me?  Ok.  You've heard of the term withdrawal effects right.  ...
