Hi,  I have a few friends who suffered from PND.  I suggested to them that they try nasal washes using grey salt to make up the saline.  In each case they claimed this helped.  If it didn't take it away entirely, I put them onto serrapeptase which really did the trick for two of them the otehrs haven't yet come ...
