I've seen several patients with complaints like yours and with metatarsalgia in MT 2 and MT 3 sector as well. Once metabolism was checked and hyperuricaemia was excluded, best results were achieved with LASER irradiation/acupuncture in combination with ear neddle acupuncture. Best regards
