  • How to fight Colds

    I am constantly trying to find solutions to prevent colds and flu's and recently I’ve found this new product. Its an elderberry syrup called Sambucol, which I found in boots. I’ve tried it and my cold was gone instantly. Has anyone else used it? Katie.

    at the first sign of a cold boil up spring onions and fresh ginger and sip .it does the same as the body does when it detects a virus makes you sweat and in most cases if taken early enough will sweat the virus out befor it takes hold. regards tina
