    Harry, Also a large medical trial was published in the British Medical Journal. It proves the lasting effectiveness of the Alexander Technique for low back pain.     Hi Harry,  I agree with trying Osteopathy - I've personally had a lot of success with that. But if everything else you try fails, and you find you just have to live with the back pain, you might consider a magnetic belt.
