I use AQUA FLORA phase one. &amp;nbsp;It is a liquid homeopathic and you drink it, and can use it topically or any way. &amp;nbsp;It is expensive in the regular stores, but I get it from VITACOST.COM. &amp;nbsp;They sell it about $17 per bottle, and I only buy Phase one. The others are either weaker or stronger. The stronger isn&amp;#39;t necessary, and the weaker can be made by using the regular phase one diluted with some water, which is probably all they do. They charge the same for the Phase One and the weaker Phase Two.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I am allergic to vinegar, bakers yeast, fernented anything like alcohol, and brewers yeasts, and anything that is aged. If it gets better with aging, it is some yeast that does it. Well, I tried to cut it all out and nearly starved to death. sweating just boiling hot.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;The result
is that I have broken sleep with only a few hours altogether.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;I am 56 years old and this has been going on
for years.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;I am not a worrier.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;I can only recall one night where I slept
for five hours straight.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;I am
exhausted!&amp;rdquo;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;Can anyone help?&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;So far, natural progesterone, red clover and
sage have had no effect.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;Are there any
other natural remedies that could help her sleep?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;According
to one reader, this problem can be easily treated with traditional Chinese
medicine (TCM).&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;However, she does not
recommend self-medicating and suggests you visit a qualified practitioner in

&lt;/span&gt;For me, it is a guide to my general health.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;If I am eating healthy food and drinking plenty of water, I find
these symptoms disappear.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;When they
reappear, for reasons such as travelling, socialising or whatever, then I find
magnesium supplements and many glasses of water sort the problem out.&amp;rdquo;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

readers suggest changing your sleeping environment.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;Gillie recommends investing in a silk-filled duvet, which, she
says, is a good regulator of body heat. Natural cotton sheets may also help
