There is a kind of water which is used there to soak the feet and another kind of water which is for drinking, to help improve the condition you describe. Please go to my website, and on the second page of videos, you will find one on the uses of the water in Japanese hospitals. You will see in the video how they soak the foot of someone with diabetes in this water and he drinks the other kind of water, as well. His foot is saved from amputation!

Please contact me for further information on how you can get this miraculous water!

Best wishes,

Hana Dolgin

917 509-3256

Re: A cheap way to stay on the healthy side of life.

The cheapest and simplest way is to drink Kangen water, which is the highest quality alkaline, ionized water. It can be made in your home through a small medical device which hooks up to your faucet. All you need is a faucet and an electric outlet and this water can be made in unlimited quantities! The device is even portable, so you can take it with you when you travel.

This water can help with weight loss, insomnia, high blood pressure, heart disease, cancer, lupus, Alzheimer's, autism, Parkinsons's and on and on, as our bodies are made of 75% water - our brain is over 80% water, our blood is over 90% water... do you realize we are really more liquid than solid?!

Read more about this amazing technology at www.WatersofHealth.com. You may be able to get water at no cost, to try for yourself!

Feel free to contact me at 917 509-3256 for more information.

Hana Dolgin

Re: Water ionizers (producing alkaline and acid water) - the best is Kangen water!

Hi!

I have been drinking alkaline restructured water, called Kangen water, for about 6 months now and have experienced great benefits, such as weight loss, better sleep, more energy, smoother skin and a younger appearance. My husband lost about 15 lbs. in three months with no other changes to his lifestyle, and his heartburn is gone. We personally know people who have recovered from high blood pressure, diabetes, ulcers and chronic fatigue syndrome.

However, not all ionizers produce water of the same potency. This has to do with the technology of the machine, the quality and quantity of the materials in the electrolysis chamber - the plates are made of titanium that is dipped in platinum. The larger the surface of the plates, the stronger the anti-oxidant properties and reduced molecule-cluster size will be, and these are very important in terms of the results. The anti-oxidant properties are stronger than VItamin C and green tea, and a lot cheaper than many supplements people are buying! The water fights free radical damage which causes aging and degenerative diseases such as cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, and more.

For the HIGHEST QUALITY WATER, go to www.WatersofHealth.com and read about the technology there. I am a distributor of this company, and can possible located someone in your area to get you water at NO CHARGE for you to try!

This process preserves the minerals in the water, which are essential for our bodies' functioning. There is a filter in the machine to remove chlorine, lead, rust and other contaminants. Depending on the quality of the water in your area, you may want to add a pre-filter (that is another filter before the water goes into the machine) to remove additional substances.

Feel free to call me at 917 509-3256 for more information. I would be glad to speak to you or anyone about this!

Hana Dolgin

Re: migraine help

I have suffered with migraine for over 40 years until I heard about the benefits of Xocai healthy chocolate from my sister in Autralia. All my family use to suffer from migraine so I couldn't just put it down to hormonal every month. Doctors gave me all kinds of pills potions and injections till I was blue in the face. I'd suffered from polio as a child and I wasn't about to take migraines lying down. So when I heard about this healthy chocolate being full of antioxidants I decided to give it a try. My sister said she was having great results so she sent me a months supply the first couple of attacks were lessoned sickness which was horrible had stopped. I continued to take these 3 little squares every day and 1 months later I haven't been to my doctor for any drugs what so ever.

Its no ordinary chocolate its made in a special way to lock in all the antioxidants and sweetened with acai berry and as such is packed with health benefits. If you've never heard of it before you need to go and get yourself informed because I don't believe there is anything like it and you can't buy them in the shops.

I signed up to be a distributor because they've helped me and I now want to help others.

website: http://www.healthyfutures4all.com

Health Blog: http://healthychocolate-dameashy.blogspot.com

Kind regards

Angela Ashton

Re: newly diagnosed Type 2 diabetes

There is a herbal tea called Ku Dan that I know from my friend's tea shop (Specialtea.ca) in Montreal,Canada which is being successfully used by 2 others friends of mine to regulate their glucose levels. But nitric oxide is also a free-radical gas which would inevitably add to oxidative stress and subsequent tissue acidosis. I would suggest that you think twice before going this way, especially if oxidative stress is already present in your body. There are plenty of other natural ways to reduce high blood pressure; you just need to know the exact cause of it. You may try many natural supplements, and if you are lucky you may find the one which works wonders for you without spending a fortune and doing more harm than good to yourself.

Hope it helps.

Re: Chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia

Hello,

my 82 year old mother has had CLL for over 20 years, and been monitored very closely by her local hospital. She is now on a very small (2.5) dose of a steriod which seems to keep her stable. However her platelets in the past have dipped as low as 2 so we know the seriousness of this condition. For the last 5 years she has drunk Aloe Vera Gel from Forever Living Products (0844 453 2024) and we have noticed a big difference, in that her immune system has certainly been boosted since she has not had a cold for almost 5 years. She also has more energy and stamina (for an 82 year old that has to be good news!) She also reports a feeling of "well being".

Hope this will help your husband.

Regards,

Margaret

Re: High blood pressure

Vitamin D status, which is amenable to intervention by safely increasing sun exposure or vitamin D supplementation, was associated inversely with BP

The relationship between vitamin d and blood pressure is probably driven by improved calcium uptake. In order to maximise calcium absorption from the diet vitamin d status has to at least 80nmol/l.

Most people in the UK are vitamin d insufficient. The average UK winter status is around 40nmol/l (people in their 70's drop down to 23nmol/l in the winter) Each 400iu vitamin D3 tablet will raise your status by 9nmol/L. She's a born worrier which does not help her condition. She has been hospitalised twice now from the side effects of beta-blockers and Ace-inhibitors. They have probably caused more harm than good. It is down to the attention given by her GP that this has happened. She was given too strong a dose the first time with Atenolol, then again with the combination of drugs including Bisoprolol.

The side effects included serious congestion of her Upper Respiratory Tract, leading to Pulmonary Edema, which meant she was spitting up blood. As you might tell I was furious that this was happening to my Mum, so I looked into the drugs she was on, Bisoprolol 2.5mg and Eprosarten 600mg. She took these first thing in the morning, and her blood pressure was still high.

Through reading the Lancet online I discovered that the side effects from these drugs could cause what my Mum suffering from. I read extensively, monitored my Mum and gradually took her off the Eprosarten altogether, (which was safe to do) and changed her dosage of Bisoprolol to 2 x 1.25mg taken in the morning and late afternoon.

The results were that her lungs started to clear, her blood pressure started to become more regulated and lower for the first time in years.

She has since changed her GP, unfortunately she can't come off the drug Bisoprolol as it can have serious side effects to stop it immediately.

She has been taking more celery, rhubarb and chinese herbal tea, which are high in pressure reducing elements, and she has moderate blood pressure instead of continually high.

I would like to say that she has stopped taking the Beta blocker Bisoprolol, but she isn't confident enough to challenge medicine, and knows that at the age of 78, her blood pressure is going to be higher than that of someone younger. 145/80 is nothing to be too concerned about, especially since she was 172/100.

Good luck and hope this info was helpful.

Alison
