It had been in use in hospitals there for the last 35 years. Dr. Otto Warburg, who won the Nobel prize in 1931 and 1944, found that cancer can only grow in tissues that are overly acidic and lacking in oxygen. This water has an alkaline pH, so it helps to reduce over-acidity and is oxygen rich. In addition, it fights free-radical damage, as it is rich in electrons (free radicals are unstable molecules which lack electrons, and steal them from healthy tissue, creating a chain of damage.) It is also better absorbed by the body than ordinary bottled or tap water.

This water should give your friend more energy, and perhaps help him to recover. There have been cases of people drinking this water in large amounts, whose tumors have shrunk. People are experiencing major benefits with all illnesses, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, arthritis, ulcers, acid reflux, and more.

Feel free to contact me at 917 509-3256. I am in the USA, The machines can be purchased in any part of the world!

Hana Dolgin

Hydration Consultant

Re: Post menopausal oestrogen levels at 24

This is sooo right up my alley!! I too suffer from lack of ovulation, known as poly cystic ovary syndrome. (and no - cysts don't have to be there for this diagnosis) I also struggled with an eating disorder when I was 16. God news is, there are so many things she can do to ovulate on her own.

Number 1 - Do NOT go on the pill! It only masks the problem and noramlly makes it worse because your body then stops producing the hormones you actually need!

Number 2 - Eat whole foods. Including beef, lots of different veggies and fruits and whole milk dairy. Your body needs those good fats to produce the hormones it needs.

Number 3 - Stop eating sugar! Especially refined sugar and refined breads. They rob your body of essential nutrients (particularlyt vitamin B).

Number 4 - Supplement when needed with a B-Complex vitamin (a whole foods supplement, not synthetic) and cod liver oil.

Number 5 - Stay away from medical doctors. :-) I you can find a good holistic practitioner, go for it, but most every doctor or endocrinologist will put patients on pills. Also, get food sensitivity testing done. Not allergy testing - sensitivity testing. So many things we eat are actually causing us huge issues and we just don't know it.

I actually run a website called www.naturallyknockedup.com and have some more ideas for getting your body to do what it's supposed to do along with real food nutrition. Hope you can find something that helps her out!

Re: Pain in my stomach

Hi,

About 3 years ago, I began getting severe pain when I would eat. The only thing that would help, a very little, was to take some raw organic apple cider vinegar in water. Mostly, though, I would just writhe in pain. I already had been contending with migraines, fatigue, and very stiff, painful muscles in my shoulders and neck. Neither exercise nor massage made any lasting difference to my muscle pain, though gyrotonic was the most helpful.

What I finally worked out when I started getting the severe pain was that I could not digest starches. I had already been avoiding wheat because of my migraines, but I was still eating things like rice and sweet potatoes. I had to give up all starches, as well as sweeteners, including natural ones. I had already stopped most processed foods, not only because of the starch, but also because of the chemicals. I define processed as including anything not a whole food, so low fat cheese would be processed, for example.

Now, almost three years later, I can again include small amounts of sweet foods in my diet. I can eat starchy foods that I've sprouted, such as sprouted wheat grains and sprouted chickpeas. I almost never have a migraine, my shoulders and neck are loose. I don't get any pain after eating. Best of all, I have my energy and strength back.

The reason I'm mentioning all of this is that some of your symptoms are so similar to mine that you might want to try going a few weeks without starchy or sweet foods to see if it makes a difference. What you would have to eat instead is meat/fish and veg. Ideally the meat would be from grass fed animals and the fish would not be conventially farmed. You would probably need to eat your veg cooked, either stir-fried in butter/olive oil or steamed with butter, olive oil, or flax seed oil on top. It took me about two years before I could begin putting raw vegetables back into my diet. The one exception might be if you have a vitamix and can pulverise your raw vegetables into a soup. Even then it would still be best to add a little fat in order to absorb the fat soluble vitamins - flax seed oil, avocado, olive, or butter.

What you would have to avoid is:

processed food

refined grains

whole grains

potatoes, sweet potatoes, corn, jerusalem artichokes, possibly parsnips (though I didn't)

beans, peas

fruit

vegetable juices and fruit juices

any sweeteners, including sugar, honey, black strap molasses, maple syrup, agave etc.

artificial sweeteners

refined vegetable oils, any oils other than high quality cold pressed olive or flax seed oil - a high quality coconut oil might be okay for you, though it doesn't work for me

refined salt - celtic sea salt is okay

probably nuts, though you could try soaking them for at least 7 hours in water and sea salt, then drying them in the oven at 50 degrees

milk products, unless you want to make your own yoghurt/kefir, or unpasteurised milk might be okay

You might also find that your body is so sensitive right now, particularly with your ulcers, that you need to avoid other foods as well for a time. I also ended up avoiding adding too many spices to my food, though herbs seemed to be okay. Also, lamb worked out to be the best meat for me. For the longest time I felt sicker if I didn't eat lamb once a day. I believe that this was at least partly due to being iron deficient. Also, I stopped all supplements for a while as I wasn't digesting them anyway and many contain starches. If I did take any, I searched for liquid versions. Suprisingly, also, butter, especially raw butter, was far better for me than olive oil. It's individual though. My husband does better on olive oil than butter. I do better with red meat, whereas he seems to need more fish.

To become healthy again today, I found the Specific Carbohydrate Diet helpful, but it only got me part of the way. Recently I've noticed that the way of eating that works best for me seems to be closer to the diet found in Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon, The Weston A Price Foundation, and the Price-Pottenger Foundation, though they still eat too many starches/ sugars for me. I am experimenting with lacto-fermentation now and have also found kefir to be even more beneficial for me than yoghurt or taking probiotics. Another book that I found helpful in understanding how the whole acid/alkaline debate applied to me was The Nutrition Solution by Harold Kristal.

In regard to the weight loss, cutting things out of your diet that you can't digest right now might help with that. It might be, though, that you have to carry more weight than you'd like to until your body can heal itself. It might take a while to get back on track. Your doctor might be right that it does have to do with hormones, but your hormones fluctuating may be a symptom rather than the root cause of your weight or other problems. I've come to believe that healthy fats are necessary for healthy, balanced hormones.

This is the first posting I've ever been motivated to make on any website ever, in the hopes that it might help you or someone else.

Thank you,

Rhonda

Re: Troubled son

Bioresonance is an effective, non-invasive treatment for all manner of conditions, and the Living Information Forms Energy (LIFE) System is the most advanced to date as far as I am aware. More and more people, however, have gotten more serious problems because of pathogens that have infested their systems, usually through holes in their intestinal wall. Changes in diet that effect the pH of the intestines will stop the intestines from further aggravating the problem, but the parasites that have already found their way into your body live in colonies that won't go away without further attention. That's why i suggested MMS. Hulda Clark suggests certain herbal combinations to combat parasitical infection. Taking the pH diet seriously will also change the pH all through your body, but that means more than just cutting down on meat and juices. It also means green drinks, vegetable juices, that kind of thing, to support the lowering of general pH. The MMS and pH diet both fight the problem, though in basically different ways. Parasites are arguably the cause of almost all diseases according to such professionals. I argue the point in the article on my blog The New Biology; Germ Theory is Wrong! From what you say you're obviously malnourished and since you say your diet is at least decent, that means something is denying you the nutrients in the food you take.

I also just ran into David Wolfe's works on superfoods. Might want to check him out.

Re: Epilepsy

Recognizing that epilepsy has varying causes, some epilepsy is driven by gluten intolerance or celiac disease. There are some resources about this on http://www.celiac.com.

My cousin suffered a grand mal seizure once a month until she removed gluten from her diet more than seven years ago. Deficiencies in some minerals can increase the likelihood of seizures. In particular, taking magnesium has been shown to decrease seizures. The ketogenic diet has worked for any people if you can find a dietician who understands it sufficiently. Biofeedback has also worked for some people.
Re: Chronic fatigue syndrome

Advise him to contact a local support group for ME / CFS.

also look at the various CFS/ME sites on the internet.

There are no magic bullets.

The younger he is and the earlier the dignosis the better chances there are for recovery.

Cognitive behaviour thereapy together with pacing are the keys for a stable individual.

also a supportive Doctor/GP

Re: Excess mucus

The symtom may well be due to a sensitivity. I would recommend contacting your nearest member of the British Institute for Allergy and Environmental Therapy, who will be able to determine both the likely cause and treat it.
