The main thing to do is to keep positive, any negative emotions (as difficult as it is) will have a detriemntal effect. Relaxation, as mentioned by others is important as is both partnersbeing checked out physically. HTere is a lady who seems to have some success in this area try her email liz@liztaylormar.co.uk, i am sure she will be more than pleased to help you in a professinal way. Have a quick look at www.Bio-Health-Screen-Co.co.uk some nice pictures on parasites. By having a Bio-Health-Screen you will be able to identify the parasite signatures and be able to sort them out by using the e-Lybra technology. Do you live in the Uk ? Odnt worry about the stone overweight for now, that will soon be sorted out. please do not hessitate to email me as i have dealt with this before, not only on others, but initially on myself !! i never reccommend anything that i havnt tried. One of my firends went from a 14 to 10-12 in one month and had no negative side effects, except for the first few days where die off occured she had a thick head. she did admit that with the constant intake of water the side effects are minimised. She is a happy grandmother who now has her energy back to cope with her grandchildren. There is help out here and i am sure by now you have found the right formula for you, if not why not have a look at the web site. I hope to hear from you soon. I wish you the best of health whichever route you choose to take. More and more people, however, have gotten more serious problems because of pathogens that have infested their systems, usually through holes in their intestinal wall. Changes in diet that effect the pH of the intestines will stop the intestines from further aggravating the problem, but the parasites that have already found their way into your body live in colonies that won't go away without further attention. That's why i suggested MMS. Hulda Clark suggests certain herbal combinations to combat parasitical infection. Taking the pH diet seriously will also change the pH all through your body, but that means more than just cutting down on meat and juices. It also means green drinks, vegetable juices, that kind of thing, to support the lowering of general pH. The MMS and pH diet both fight the problem, though in basically different ways. Parasites are arguably the cause of almost all diseases according to such professionals. I argue the point in the article on my blog The New Biology; Germ Theory is Wrong! From what you say you're obviously malnourished and since you say your diet is at least decent, that means something is denying you the nutrients in the food you take.

I also just ran into David Wolfe's works on superfoods. Might want to check him out.

constant nausea and fatigue

hi, i'm very concerned about my sister who until five months ago was a very active and hard working girl. She began feeling tired just doing the most basic tasks and this was accompanied by constant nausea and muscle weakness. She felt dizzy and that she had trouble focusing visually. Initially the nausea subsided when she lay flat but the fatigue was not relieved. She had pain around her diaphragm area and neck pain. The diaphragm area was so painful that she has not been able to wear her bra since. She has had every blood test under the sun and all seem normal. She lost 2 stone in weight and has had to stop working and was even admitted to hospital for 2 weeks but to no avail. She has had ultrasound scans of her abdomen and ct scans of her neck, barium enema -all normal. She is awaiting a brain scan. She has recently gained about a stone which has been down to my mum who is really trying to feed her up. The nausea is 24 hours a day still but she says that she feels hungry all the time. But the nausea does not go away even when she lies down now.She is 40 years old and is feeling very depressed and says that she can not cope with feeling like this any longer. I have read a lot of info on CFS and it does seem very similar but the nausea doesn't seem to be mentioned often as a symptom. Can anyone help please?

Re: Chronic fatigue syndrome

For more info on Chronic Fatique Syndrome, see www.antibioticfailure.com/drmac At that site look for Fibromyalgia on the left side bar; click on Fibromyalgia and follow the directions.

Regards,

Mac

Re: Chronic fatigue syndrome

Advise him to contact a local support group for ME / CFS.

also look at the various CFS/ME sites on the internet.

There are no magic bullets.

The younger he is and the earlier the dignosis the better chances there are for recovery.

Cognitive behaviour thereapy together with pacing are the keys for a stable individual.

also a supportive Doctor/GP

Re: Chronic fatigue syndrome

CFS Chronic Fatique Syndrome or Fibromyalgia is an autoimmune condition. It represents an immune system out of control. The Autoimmune mechanism is gradually being sorted out. There is new information just this year about it. There is a effective Drug free systems of therapy. Some workers find that occult [hidden] virus infections are a factor in the disease.

Traditionally it has been a condition of women. However we are seeing more and more men with Lupus and CFS.

If you would like more information, drop me a line: skyranger32792@yahoo.com

Re: Fibromyalgia

I would get my nutritional status ascertained.
