When her son was 13 y.o., she was introduced to a Japanese technology which processes tap water and changes its chemistry. This water has various properties, such as an alkaline pH level, and other properties, and is more oxygen rich than ordinary H2O, It is absorbed quickly by the cells and organs. You can read about it at www.WatersofHealth.com. After drinking this water for some time, her son started to be able to put words together, and go to the bathroom by himself, which he couldn't do before!

Feel free to contact me for more info!

Hana Dolgin

917 509-3256

Re: migraine help

I have suffered with migraine for over 40 years until I heard about the benefits of Xocai healthy chocolate from my sister in Autralia. All my family use to suffer from migraine so I couldn't just put it down to hormonal every month. Doctors gave me all kinds of pills potions and injections till I was blue in the face. I'd suffered from polio as a child and I wasn't about to take migraines lying down. So when I heard about this healthy chocolate being full of antioxidants I decided to give it a try. My sister said she was having great results so she sent me a months supply the first couple of attacks were lessoned sickness which was horrible had stopped. I continued to take these 3 little squares every day and 1 months later I haven't been to my doctor for any drugs what so ever.

Its no ordinary chocolate its made in a special way to lock in all the antioxidants and sweetened with acai berry and as such is packed with health benefits. If you've never heard of it before you need to go and get yourself informed because I don't believe there is anything like it and you can't buy them in the shops.

I signed up to be a distributor because they've helped me and I now want to help others.

website: http://www.healthyfutures4all.com

Health Blog: http://healthychocolate-dameashy.blogspot.com

Kind regards

Angela Ashton

Re: Infertility treatment

Hi, i am sorry to hear of the pain your daughter is experiencing. The main thing to do is to keep positive, any negative emotions (as difficult as it is) will have a detriemntal effect. Relaxation, as mentioned by others is important as is both partnersbeing checked out physically. HTere is a lady who seems to have some success in this area try her email liz@liztaylormar.co.uk, i am sure she will be more than pleased to help you in a professinal way. It is always good to go to those with experience in these matters. Have a quick look at www.Bio-Health-Screen-Co.co.uk some nice pictures on parasites. By having a Bio-Health-Screen you will be able to identify the parasite signatures and be able to sort them out by using the e-Lybra technology. Do you live in the Uk ? Odnt worry about the stone overweight for now, that will soon be sorted out. please do not hessitate to email me as i have dealt with this before, not only on others, but initially on myself !! i never reccommend anything that i havnt tried. One of my firends went from a 14 to 10-12 in one month and had no negative side effects, except for the first few days where die off occured she had a thick head. she did admit that with the constant intake of water the side effects are minimised. She is a happy grandmother who now has her energy back to cope with her grandchildren. There is help out here and i am sure by now you have found the right formula for you, if not why not have a look at the web site. I hope to hear from you soon. I wish you the best of health whichever route you choose to take. Sinusitis is present when you have green or yellow mucus, this will be the primary cause of your bad breath. You will need to see a doctor to determine if you have sinusitis but as mentioned in few of the replies you should get a NetiPot or a large syringe, sea salt and warm filtered water and flush your nose out 2 times a day (morning and night). The potential infection may be caused by Allergens you may not be aware of as well as your dust mites. I grew up with pets and later in life developed an allergy to dog and cat dander. It could also be molds, grasses or it could be that or something in your diet or even foliage near your house. It would be good to see a doctor to test you. But for the quick fix I recommend getting a NetiPot and seeing an ENT and Allergist. FYI, after seeing the doctors my symptoms starting going away after a few weeks. But we can address it in the here and now by changing the way we do things now and experiencing new success.

Food of course, can also play a major part in panic. Stimulants and alcohol keep the body on red alert. It is worthwhile consulting a good nutritionist and taking a reputable food supplement from a company such as Neways to address the toxic load of unacceptable emotions on the body's immune system and to relieve the body of having to cope with foods that cause more harm than good.

Good luck.

Jenny Lynn
www.openmindguide.blogspot.com
www.openmindtherapy.co.uk

Re: Panic attacks and tremors

Sue,

I experienced panic attacks when I had put my back out, but didn't realise I had - I felt stiff, tired and wrong, but not particularly in pain. A friend recommended chiropractic treatment and the x-rays confirmed what the chiropracter could feel. I responded amazingly quickly to treatment. Now I recognise when it is out and get it treated asap, so no return of panic attacks.

As your daughter hasn't felt right since the third birth, it is possible her back was affected by it, so I think it is worth her getting it checked over. The Osteopathic Centre for Children recognise the damage to backs done by pregnancy and birth and treat antenatal and postnatal mothers. While they are unlikely to treat your daughter so long after the birth, they would certainly be able to advise her and point her in the direction of osteopaths in her part of the country with specialist training for children/mothers. Osteopaths carry out very similar manipulations to chiropracters on the spine and neck, but also cover other parts of the body.

It is very scary when you are already having panic attacks allowing someone you don't know to start manipulating your body. I think your daughter would find it reassuring if she was given help finding an osteopath in her area by this highly reputable organisation.

When I am feeling mega stressed my hands shake a lot: I wonder if your
daughter can identify a pattern around her hands starting to shake.

Others have sent excellent advice around nutrition, etc. and these are worth exploring too. After so long it may be there are several aspects of her health that need tackling.

Regards,

Fi

One does

looking for holistic residential healing facility for mental problems/neck injury

Hello,

I have been fighting health issues (bulimia, depression, ADD, anxiety, insomina, neck injury (2 extruded lower cervical discs and ligament damage with kyphotic angulation in upper cervical) for 20 years. (depressed/bulimic 88-99; ADD diagnosis 99 with medication that for some reason stopped me throwing up; first neck injury 97 went bankrupt trying to heal in 2003, then car accident in 2005, now in worse shape ever mentally and with neck). Know now that I also have candida, leaky gut, likely pesticide and heavy metals, some food allergies issues (perhaps underlying a lot of the this) and I am looking for someplace to go heal.

I have done lots of normal and alternative treatments (meds, emotional therapy, chiro, homeopathy, osteo, feldenkrais, soma (like rolfing), pilates, acupuncture), etc. et.c. Actually, some of my symptoms were better when I was doing 5 element acupuncture. Noticed that my PMS symptoms are back with a vengeneace increasingly and were totally gone when I did 5 element. However, all my other issues: insomnia, anxiety, ADD, neck pain; showed no improvement. Tried a fast/cleanse almost almost a year ago that ended up re-triggering the bulimia that I had not experienced since 99. Fortunately, I only threw up for 8 days, then dealt with a vicious bout of compulsiveness for a few months.

I don't have work, need to get well fast, am getting so depressed and dysfunctional that I can't manage following a healing diet myself (this is one thing I have never been able to do because of the eating disorder), and just need help and to be taken care of for a while. My life is totally shattered and I just can't keep going like this (living with a boyfriend who is kind but it's not a stable healthy environment for either of us). My paretns have some money left to help me, but I need a deifnitive health turn around and I can't seem to do this myself anymore. Was looking at an inpatient eating disorder facility (www.mirasol.net), but it's outrageously expensive $45,000 for 6 weeks, and right now I am back to eating pretty damn well, just craving sugar, but I cannot concentrate very well and have anxiety and cooking and dealing with food alone (I also do better with other people around, am along all of the time now with no work). So seems like a traditional or even alternative eating disorder place is not going to get to the bottom of my problems. Since the car accident my ADD and concentration problesm are worse though I did not hit my head--just rear-ended someone, airbag deployed. But the trauma of losing job, running out of money, and the accident itself may be causing some of my problems.

Anyway, desperately feel I need to go somewhere and get help, no way to heal here with daily life aggravants and so alone. The other option I have found is www.mindyourbody.info, a Gerson/raw foods/juices/fasting detox clinic with a naturopath/psychotherapist in Hawaii. I like the look of hte place but am worried that it's just one practictioner. Also, Dr. Baylac (the naturpath) is no longer listed with her professional affiliation (Gerson and Internal Association of Hygenic Physicians).

Given what i know of myself, my conditions, the ideal place would have:

1. somatic mental therapies-- like EMDR, ETT, Emotional Freedom Techniqe, for trauma

2. detox regimes

3. healing food regimes--raw or macrobiotics or ayurevedic whole organic foods

4. acupuncture

5. hyperbaric oxygen

6. naturopath/nutritionists

7. cervical decompression/chiropractic (my MD says my back options remain: cervical decompression, then prolotherapy) with serious strengthening (I have laxity in all of my body, not helping my neck)

8. EEG neurofeedback -- for my brain

Anyway, if you know of anyplace that sounds remotely like this, please let me know.

thank you,

eliz
