It looks certain that not all people respond to the same things. I have tried nasal sprays, saline washes, neti pot, I no longer eat wheat or dairy products, I don't drink, don't smoke  I nearly added don't live as thats how it feels sometimes.  Oh what I'd give for a full night's sleep!
