Further to my previous post. I am a trained nurse and as a student was told by my tutor that the ONLY reason to wake a patient was to administer Antibiotics. as they had to be given at specific times.

I would reccomend that you try a honey mask. Plaster your face with ordinary honey, leave on for 20 minutes (it will smart for a short while) then wash off with warm water. do every night -or day until the acne disappears. Annie

It sounds as though you may be short of Vitamin B. Take strong Vitamin B COMPLEX. If you are very short of Vit B you might get smelly wind, if so, continue, make sure you take B Complex. Annie

On receiving a prescription for antibiotics it says "take at regular intervals and complete the course" I am informed by the pharmacist that I should take the medication at 0700 hours, 1200 hours, and 1800 hours.
