• Re: Rosacea

There is NO single solution to rosacea. The fact that antibiotic ointment helped someone in a miracle way - is just coincidence. This condition is to do with what is known as immune system rigidity which is linked with hormonal imbalance and vice versa. I would suggest that you check your cortisol levels (preferably over 12 hours) before ...

  • Re: newly diagnosed Type 2 diabetes

Vegetarians tend to have low thyroid function due to lack of essential aminoacids required for thyroxine synthesis in the body. Hence the link with elevated cholesterol followed by impaired glucose tolerance and diabetes... If you can't eat meat - you should at least supplement your diet with aminoacid complex food supplements available ...

  • Re: newly diagnosed Type 2 diabetes

Reducing blood cholesterol and LDL is number ONE task for you as the lipid and sugar balance mechanisms are related. Here is the programme for you: 1). Regucol powder (H&B) + Niacin Slow Release 1 g/day + Turmeric or Guggul = the formula that works for my patients. 2). Insinase (from http://www.nutri-online1.co.uk) - although ...

  • Re: Painful shoulders - please help

Sounds like cervical spine problem to me (not always associated with injury though - it could be inborn pathology, e.g. abnormally small vertebral disk sometimes develops in the middle of the cervical spine due to impaired Growth Factors mechanism during gestation). If this is the case, surgery will not be advisable due to high risks. ...

  • Re: COPD

The overall picture looks like either Cytomegalovirus or genetic polymorphism to be blamed (some scientists and doctors have opinion that COPD is a form of cystic fibrosis). COPD is a degenerative condition, and I would not rely on complementary medicine for cure in such case. All the best.

  • Re: Addison's Disease

Addison's disease usually develops slowly, over years via adrenal fatigue stage and is characterised with cortisol insufficiency which in turn causes glutathione deficiency and subsequent liver toxicity. First of all reduce the causative factors such as stress. The body interprets physiological stressors, such as lack of sleep, imbalanced ...

  • Re: Persistent dry cough

If you doctor thinks 'it's all in you head' - this could be correct to some extend as the condition could well be what is known as sphenopalatine neuralgia often occurring after throat infection with nasal congestion and accompanied by referral pain in the upper teeth, root of the nose, ears, eyes, excessive lacrimation and even ...

  • Re: Nerve damage during surgery

It is unlikely that the numbness in her leg was caused during the surgical procedure on her elbow. This sounds more likely to be related to some systemic disorder. You better to look into the condition related to her retardation and the link with the surgery. Hope this is of some help to you. All the best.

  • Re: unexplained bruising.

If you friend is a lifetime sufferer of the problem, I would assume congenital thrombocytopenia (autosomal recessive inheritance) or haemophilia rather than ITP, although this should have been discovered much earlier in her life. This picture of symptoms could also mean a presence of anaemia, leukemia, liver problem or some infectious ...

  • Re: Cervarix and Gardasil

Natural medicine approach is fine for chronic conditions. When it comes to serious infection, the other than allopathic approach is ILLEGAL (at least in the U.K.) according to the Code of Practice for Complementary and Alternative practitioners (in case you did not know, Heidi). My last comment to your posting is: anybody can stick the labels to ...
