hi sorry haven't logged in for a while... I will pass on your suggestions to the owner. She has taken him back to the vets again and saw a different younger locum. She said she thinks it may be a flea allergy!!!. They have put him on science diet for his teeth but doesn't like it as he likes to lick the gravy in the pouches. I am with you ...

Thanks Heidi I looked into website but no-one in England does Animaltalk. Looks a very interesting system though. The cat only eats soft pouches eg meat and gravy wont touch much else so not really eating grains. Have tried him on pure salmon and chicken - wont touch. Yes he has issues with his past and have been working on that. He also ...

  • Tail biting cat, anxious owner

I was wondering if anyone could help with an animal problem?. I appreciate this site is for humans but it is causing his owner some distress so indirectly it is linked to her well being. The cat seems to gnaw at it's tail sometimes till it bleeds. He can also nip her from time to time. Vets have not really had any suggestions aside from ...

are they clear or slightly yellowish lumps? Sometimes these can indicate raised cholesterol levels so I suggest getting that checked. If you can scratch them off it is usually that they are fatty deposits...

  • Re: Blood Shot eyes - causes and treatment?

Dry eyes and irritation can be caused by computer screens and also sensitivity to Electro magnetic overload from TV etc. I wear contact lenses but also have incredibly sensitive eyes and they get worse when using a computer or watching too much TV. The best soothing and natural eyes drops (but not necessarily going to get rid of ...

Thank you all for the supportive feedback. WDDTY community is such a great place isn't it? I have found that Helios pharmacy www.helios.co.uk do a homeopathic remedy called 'MRI scan' and it works well so worth knowing about. I have now also had reflexology and osteopathic/cranial treatment which also have helped enormously. ...

thanks everyone for the input so far. I agree about the metals thing. Have quite a few mercury fillings especially on left side where all main symptoms are displaying. Will look into suggestions about Smart bomb. I have just started on Gingko and read that Fennugreek tea is also helpful. I have looked into homeopathic remedies too. A good site for ...

  • Re: MRI brain scan

Hi Rosie I had to have a scan because I had been having what my Dr thought was trigeminal neuralgia - nerve pain in the facial nerves. I had the scan 4 days ago and I haven't felt right since it and I am getting worse every day. Today(Sunday) I have been sick. I will contact my Dr tomorrow. Thanks

  • MRI brain scan

I recently had a 30 minute long MRI scan. I was assured it was a safe procedure. However since it I have felt terrible. I have continual tinnitus which I have never suffered from before, feel very off balance plus back and shoulder pains and also I have a muzzy head. I really feel odd. A friend told me to sleep with my head in the North to ...
