• Re: Headaches red cheeks dizziness very tired

Was there a particular incident before the symptoms occurred? It could be an acidental injury as suggested previously. If they occurred gradually, it is possible that they could be due to an adrenal imbalance. Try eating small regular meals of whole foods, including plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables and protein foods such as meat, eggs, nuts, ...

  • Re: bowel probs.

I agree that this is a much more serious problem than bowel movements. It could have complications in the long term and he really should see a holistic therapist of any description. He may or may not have celiacs but the fact that removing gluten had little effect suggests this is not the main problem. Would recommend allergy tests and stool ...

  • Re: leg cramps

Magnesium. 1 cup of epsom salts in a bath before bed, soak for at least 20min. This should reduce the cramping. It is possibly a magnesium or B vitamin deficiency, try taking a supplement and increase wholegrain foods (oats, wholewheat, beans and lentils) and nuts as these are good sources.

  • Re: Burning mouth syndrome

Does the burning come and go or is it there permanently? It could be an oral food allergy. As mentioned, mercury is one possibility, it could be any number of things though. Pay attention to what is going in your mouth and when the burning is at its worst. To soothe the mouth: manuka honey, aloe vera, or cloves. Spices can have a good ...

  • Re: Painful leg ulcer

I have noticed that everyone is generally offering topical applications and i hope something works for you, it sounds awful. I am thinking from the cause point of view, if the swelling is creating the pain it would be an idea to reduce the swelling. There are plenty of natural anti-inflammatory remedies the best one being fish oil, whether you ...

  • Re: Infertility treatment

Don't want to add too much to the confusing array of advice you have been given, all which has worked for different people. I have read somewhere that the leading cause of unexplained infertility is stressing over trying to become pregnant. In this case things like yoga and acupuncture work well, as well as a good romantic holiday. ...

  • Re: Athletes Foot

To simplify the other dietary post. No Sugar. Candida diet can work but is often extremely restricted. The best tips are cutting out all sugar in the diet and limiting starch and carbs to high fibre varieties such as beans and lentils, wholegrains and vegetables. Low sugar fruits include apples, pears and berries. Avoid tropical fruits (banana, ...

  • Re: mirena coil

Despite the number of women who experience it, Heavy bleeding and Menopause do not go together. Have you looked into the causes of the bleeding? (fibroids, endometriosis) The coil will solve the problem as it corrects the hormone imbalance, but not the original cause of the imbalance. Maybe get a hormone test before the coil is inserted to see if ...

  • Re: Adrenals and Hyperthyroidism

Your symptoms definitely point to hypothyroidism, however, as the suppressor seems to be helping this is not the case. though it doesn't look like hyperthyroid either. The thyroid imbalance is likely to be a symptom of your real problem and not the cause of the other problems and certainly some of them are suggesting adrenal fatigue. Can you ...

  • Re: amenorrhea

I think you are eating perfectly healthy and fussing over what you should and shouldn't be eating would only make things worse. Stress is one thing that can cause weight loss. Eat plenty of healthy food and enjoy what you are eating! As long as you are eating enough calories you will be fine. Relaxation might help lower your metabolism, ...
