I would recommend CoQ10 (Ubiquinol, not Ubiquinone) plus Taurine. With these supplements, I keep my arrhythmia under control. I drink one or two cups of strong coffee per day without problems; but instant coffee sets it off. Forget aspirin and warfarin, they have nothing to do with the problem.

This may be too simple, but it works for me every time: drink lots of water. As soon as I am aware of the possibility of a migraine, I drink at least a pint of water. Maybe, as you are exercising, drink water before during and after your work out. Good luck

I manage to keep arrhythmia at bay with a combination of Q10 and taurine. Dosage is something to be worked out by trial and error (I take 100mg of Q10 and 500mg of taurine). Good luck
