    I have just been using and reading Mildred Carter&#39;s book on HAND REFLEXOLOGY she has also written on Foot reflexology and Body reflexology.&nbsp;&nbsp; Maybe using this on yourself in additon to getting a good reflexologist could be of great help &nbsp; Best wishes rachel O&#39;Grady&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;
