    I suggest you try Litozin for pain relief. It doesn&#39;t work for about 10 days but when it kicks in it is marvellous for pain relief and ne side effects I know of. It is made from Rosehips by Dansk drugs.

    I suggest you stand on the good leg. &nbsp;Bring the other ankle up behind you and catch the trouser leg with your finger - or use a towel. Swing the bad knee back as far as possiblle and keeping the ankle up swing it 1/2 forwards; thrice. This should solve the problem

    The Irish cure for athlete&#39;s foot is to walk in a bog barefoot. The acid water soon clears it up. I suggest you get some peat moss for your garden, put some in a bucket of water and sit with your feet in it for a few minutes for three days. Sandy

    I am usually symptom&nbsp; free and control my fibromyalgea by avoiding petrochemicals and too much sulphur in foods like garlic and peppers. No gas stove/hob, aerosol products like airfresheners, no fabric conditioners, no perfumes etc..
