I'm hoping someone can clear up a mystery for me. I have vastly changed my way of eating and now eat very little dairy or wheat. I haven't given them up completely and on occasion I will eat more of them than normal. I then get a blocked feeling between my shoulder blades - it's very odd and uncomfortable. It's not painful at all and doesn't take long to pass. I sometimes get it when I eat a banana too. My body obviously isn't happy with what I've just eaten, but can someone explain to me why this happens - why my back and not my front?
Thanks
Sue
