"Mix about 2 inches of baking soda with about 1/16 inch table salt in a container that can be sealed (I use a child's "sippie cup"). You can experiment with the exact amounts for best results for you. When you get out of the shower, just dab two fingers in the mix (cover the tips of the fingers) and rub it on the arm pit.
The combination prevents the growth of the bacteria that causes odor and allows normal sweating. I have used this for years. I can see patients all day, and at the end of the day still have no odor.
Give it a chance for a couple of weeks so that your body can adjust to the change. I have had patients give mixed reports, mostly positive.
