I hope somone can help as for about 6 weeks I have been off work with a cough that is only present shortly after talking.  I work in a call centre, which makes the job very difficult.  The cough is there when talking or after a day of talking, I have now resorted to writing things down and sort of a sign language.  My doctor has referred me but can anyone advise?
