    Breast Cancer follow-up

I have had three lots of breast cancer, two in 2006, and one further DCIS in 2007.   Since then I have been offered mammograpms (which failed to pick up my last DCIS and an invasive carcinoma) but I have been denied the breast MRI (which picked up my last DCIS) because of my age (I'm 54).  Has anyone else had the experience of having cancers missed by mammograms or being denied the much more sensitive MRI screen because of their age?

    Hi,

Check this link out...mammograms can cause cancer...thermography is far safer.  http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2000/10/29/thermography.aspx

Read How To Eat,Move and Be Healthy by Paul Chek and get so healthy that cancer has no chance of surviving in your body and you won't have a need to submit yourself to such dangerous medical procedures.

    Re: Breast Cancer follow-up

I, too, had breast cancer  in 2006; had mastectomy, but declined referral to Oncologist as did not wish to have any further medical interventions. Have tried to improve my lifestyle and eat organic foods as much as possible.  Consume no products from cattle, no artificially processed foods etc - and no mammograms or MRIs. Radiation itself is a cause of cancer.
