I have Hughes syndrome and it is also know as anti=phospolipid syndrome or sticky blood. A low dose asprin is usally the first port of call and is especially important if you are pregnant as many miscarriages have been caused by this. Beware if you self medicate with any vits or herbal supplements to check first that they don't also thin the blood. Best to get professional advise before mixing and matching!
