This problem sounds like a dietary one. If your are taking polyunsaturated or trans fats in your diet then eliminate them and return to the traditional, and contrary to the cherished views of many, healthy saturated fats. Ramp down on the carbohydrates, especially soft drinks of any description, sugars, and artificial sweeteners, and try to reduce dependence on processed foods; this, of course, means that meals will require to be prepared and cooked in the traditional manner but with it comes better health.
