    Muscle Pain cure

This is my first post... ever. I just joined to tell you this. I work in a store and it involves heavy lifting. One day I sprained my wrist quite badly. It was so painful I couldn't move it and I couldn't even turn the ignition on my truck. I had to use my left hand (I live in US) to reach over and turn it. Anyway, I am usually very skeptical about alternative therapies, but I was ready to try any quack medicine. Well the 'quack' medicine that came to me, via a friend, consisted of a velcro strap and a couple of magnetic pads. I had vaguely heard of magnetic therapy, but didn't give it any credence. Well that was then. I laughed at him but agreed to try it. I put one pad each on the front and back of my wrist and held them on with the straps. Within half an hour I noticed the pain wasn't so bad, but I put that down to psychology. I went to bed with them on. The next morning the pain was gone and I could move the wrist freely. Also, I could turn my ignition key... with only a slight twinge. I kept the pads on all day and by evening I didn't need them on at all. Now people might say I'm making it all up, but I'm not. It really worked. Now I've bought myself a set of these straps and magnets. I really recommend them to anyone with sprained joints. I haven't tried them with other forms of pain, mainly because I haven't had any, but next time I get a headache I will and report on it. Has anyone else used magnetic therapy for pain? I'd be very interested to hear is any other ailment can be helped by it. I know I'm a convert to it now. It says on the instructions not to use if you're pregnant. That's not my problem, but there must be a reason.
