Hi,

I am regularly sick with a congested nose and a soar thoat. A friend of mine suggested I use Sambucol which is made of black Elderberry and is suppose to have a large amount of natural antioxidants. Taken here and there not only should it cure me but it should also boost my imune system still according to my friend.

I was curious to know if any one has used it in the past and if it really works well? if not, does any one have any miracle solution?
