    Arthiritis

Recently my husband has found that two of his fingers sort of gets locked and is painful.  Can anyone help me by suggesting any alternatives without having to swallow doctor's pills.

One of my friends swears by honey and cider vinegar which after taking for almost six years she finds that the arthiritis she had on her hands has gone.

I hope someone can suggest something.

    Thanks and regards

    Re: Arthiritis

I can sympathise with the 'clicky' joints.  My thumb has been like this for about 4 months.  I was advised to take honey and ACV but forget most days.  I also take Super flex-3  http://www.biovea.net/product_detail.asp?PID=259 and after two months it is starting to ease a little.  Some days are better than others.  Again I forget to take two a day so hadly surprising it is taking longer.

I was also told to lay off the nightshade family: potatoes, tomatoes, peppers and aubergines - not easy.

     I'm thinking of giving these a go http://www.serrapeptase.info/cond_rheumatoid.htm (thanks Jennings ;-)  )

    Re: Arthiritis

Boswellia serata (Ayurvedic herb) works very well in combination with Cat's Claw and Celery Seed, plus Glucosamine and Chondroitin. Avoid eating night shades family vegetables. Lots of stretching and exercise. Moxibustion and acupuncture works also very well, especially moxibustion when taught by your TCM practitioner can be done at home every day and it makes big difference.
