12 year olds bloated tummy

Having read this article and your response to it, I feel certain that you may have overlooked a very important possibility.

If when the girl was younger she got lots of bouts of tonsilitis, and our wonderful conventional doctors, whose only idea of treating this is to REMOVE the tonsils, her body's reaction will be to use the next available glands, which just happen to be in the tummy area and are a frequent cause of 'unexplained' tummy ache in children.

Now the REAL cause of all these problems frequently comes from either a damaged foot or leg, or sometimes even if a child is born with a 'clicky' hip. The problem only manifests itself when the child starts walking.

I have proved beyond just assumption the connection between damaging a foot or leg and frequent bouts of tonsilitis, through both personal experience (I've dislocated my left knee twice, and badly twisted the same ankle. OUCH! After each occasion, I ended up with severe tonsilitis) and through speaking to other people. Conventional medicine merely throws antibiotics at the problem, whereas the best treatment is a chiropractic approach, which will realign the pelvis which will have become misaligned through the limping caused by the damage.

When I told my own GP about this connection, he typically just looked at me as if I was stupid. The truth of the matter is that conventional doctors are the stupid ones since they are trained to create legalised junkies!!!

BNatural products @ Tesco

Our local Tesco recently started to sell BNatural products. My wife who has very sensitive skin has found the products to be exceptionally well tolerated especially the soap. I also found the soap to be very good. Unfortunately the soap has been withdrawn and Tesco will not divulge that manufacturers who made it for them. Anybody any ideas?, or any recommendations of other makes.

I was wondering how carefully the postings are monitered and by what criteria you decide to delete a posting. I found the posting by the person who calls himself Errol Flynn to be offensive and racist. He talks about white people allowing brown skinned people to take over and refers to anti-semitic propaganda when presenting his views. This was in a discussion about vaccination. Why has his posting been allowed to stay on WDDTY?

Selenium

You are offering Sodium Selenite as a supplement, according to "safety data for sodium selenite" it is Highly Toxic and may be fatal if ingested.

I have always thought that Selenomethionine is the preferred form of Selenium and is certainly the one used by most reputable companies.

Any opinion?

Hi. This is an excellent idea. I just registered. Am low-income enough that I cannot pay extra for Medicare insurance nor any other kind of insurance nor can I pay nearly $100 a month for glaucoma eyedrops. Sites and docs that are supposed to help me are ignoring me. I have too many bills and high rent for insurance so am continuing to rely upon and research less expensive natural supplements that do not require prescriptions nor doctor visits. This site may prove very helpful in my searches to help myself in ways that I can afford.

Chronic pain in lower leg

About two years ago I suffered an injury to the lower half of my left leg. The laceration began at the bottom of my knee and continued down the leg for about 8 inches along the inside part of the calf. The cut got deeper as it descended down the leg. I don't believe the calf muscle was penetrated but the laceration allowed me to see the muscle. I could see a few veins that were cut. I ended up with about 50 stiches (20 in/30 out). After about 8 weeks I was released by my physician. Initially, the whole area was numb from the top of the wound to my ankle. It did not affect any of my activities so I ignored it, my physician told me it was likely that I would never regain sensation. About 9-10 months after the injury I began having stabbing pains and burning from the top of the calf to the arch of my foot. I had a MRI of the lower leg and one of the back. Neither revealed anything that may be root of my problem. I am taking Lyrica (450/day) and that seems to alleviate the stabbing pains but not the burning sensation. Any ideas? Thanks

asbestosis and graviola

my best friends dad has got mesothelioma lung cancer caused by asbestosis. they have stopped chemo and he would like to try graviola. looking on the internet, there are many different forms - does anyone have any advice and information on where to get this from and what is the strongest and most effective way to take it

also any helpful advice on asbestosis gratefully received as he is in a lot of pain

Carpal Tunnel in Pregnancy

Hi, My daughter is 7 months pregnant and has developed carpal tunnel problems in her hands/wrists, especially at night. She has tried splinting her hands so they don't curl when she sleeps, but that doesn't help much. She has tried homoeopathy without any success. Does anyone have any other ideas? She had a tendency towards CT before the pregnancy as she works with a mouse most days, and her shoe size has gone up from a 4 to a 6. Otherwise she is fit, healthy, veggie, and not overweight.

mouth ulcers

My son is 20 years old and has constant mouth ulcers, we have changed toothpaste, mouthwashes and even toothbrushes, with no effect.

could anyone please help with suggestion. I have bought vitamins thinking it might be a deficiency. These do not occur when he is stressed or run down, they are there all the time.

I could not find a place to email or notify anyone at WDDTY, but I just wanted to take some time and tell you how impressed I am with the site, forum, and info here. Well done, interesting, and a site where I can "get lost" in reading info.

WIth me having fibromyalgia, working, and paying for "working" every day what little free time I have, I try to devote to my website & forum there, but I do wander off to other sites, and this will be a regular.

Again, excellent site! Moving up the ranks of my favorites now. Jefferson (I believe, FibroFog is working today!) said that if the American people understood how a bank works, there would be a revolution before the next day. If the American people knew, understood, and had access to exactly what doctors, drug companies, and the health industry in general don't tell us, or how the whole industry worked, there would be in fact, a revolution. This site having the format for "What Doctors Don't Tell Us" will educate those willing.
