Cayenne pepper works wonders for both hypo and hypertension. Try 1/4 teaspoon of at least 40,000+ IHU three times per day. I know of a woman who had a triple-bypass with insufficiency, and it has totally turned her energy and blood pressure around. Ginger is also a nice stimulant for the blood. And don't forget the action of the kidney...it helps to regulate the BP. Both cayenne and ginger are nice cleansing agents for the kidney.
