One of my patients has put on serious weight after taking anti-depressants. I already advised her to remove refined sugar, wheat and dairy products from her diet but it makes no difference whatsoever. Anybody any advice at what would make a difference? She will not stop the anti-depressants at the moment, she is too anxious about getting depressed again. I hope she'll soon feel strong enough to stop them.
