I read a little while ago and later in the Psoriasis Association magazine that Vicks Vapour Rub (or other brand vapour rubs) have shown some success in reducing psoriasis.  So I tried it.  I did not think it would work, it sounded crazy, but I have been using it for about 6 weeks and have shown an improvement that none of the prescription ointments have given.  It might be worth a try.
