    root canals and dental materials

Can anyone help me with the following mysterious illness please?  Three years ago I had to have a deep filling in a molar and not long after that I developed a vile bitter metallic taste in my mouth associated with headaches, dizzines, sickness, fungal infection, and a general feeling of being poisoned.  The filling material was of the white porcelain kind and I had my mercury amalgams removed at leas 15 years ago.  The tooth never settled and eventually died and had to be root filled.  The illness came and went for about a year and then the intervals decreased until now I am permanently ill with the above sympoms.  I still have aching and stinging in my gums in the area of the affected tooth.  I have been to my doctor and the dentist over and over again, and have been referred to several times to the dental hospital but no one can find anything wrong.  I have a new dentist now who says the root filling has penetrated too high into my gum and has offered to repair this but I am not sure it will actually help. When I asked my former dentist for a breakdown of the materials used in the filling she said that she could not provide it as there were patent laws and the materials were made in India.  When I told my new dentist about this she was horrified and said that all dental materials have to be certified in this country.  She removed the external filling and said that it was an unusual colour, and replaced it with certified materials used in her surgery. I am still terribly unwell and do not know where to search next for a solution.  Any information wiill be gratefully received and considered.  Thank you.

Re: root canals and dental materials

Hulda Clark in her books recommends all root canal filled teeth should be removed because many illnesses have been traced back to bacteria trapped in  the anaerobic environment of the root canal.

Some good sources are Dr Hal Huggins,Dr Weston A Price and Dr George Meinig.

www.ppnf.org to get books by the above authors.

The Cure For All Diseases by Hulda Clark

The  Root Canal Cover Up by Dr George Meinig.

I would search for a holistic/biological dentist on the internet in your area...especially those with training from Hal Huggins.

Dr.David Hefferon is in Harley St London... www.theellaclinic.co.uk

Re: root canals and dental materials

Thank you for your reply blobby. I will investigate the ellaclinic. I have heard about the recommendation of removing all root canal teeth but that would create problems in its turn, of bite, chewing food properly, and movement of teeth for example, not to mention the self consciousness and depression created by having a mouthful of gaps!  Best wishes, J Kemp
