If you meant ACTH - there is a protocol in homotoxicology for that. Unfortunately I can't give a single suggestion as I would need to know this person's medical history and perhaps perform my own tests on him.
This could be a sign of ACTH-dependent Addison's disease or disorder of hypothalamus and/or pituitary gland with implication of glucocorticoid deficiency leading to a number of problems such as liver toxicity signs (e.g. feeling sick in the morning), skin problems and hypotension.
