my 11 year old son had acne as a baby at only a few months old. since then he hasn't had any skin trouble and on the whole has good skin. however, recently (in the last year) he has developed what look like like acne scars or large open pores on his cheeks, despite not having had any obvious trouble there since babyhood(they haven't been ther for the past 10 years). has anyone got any idea what they are and whether we can treat them ? thanks.
