Re dissenting voices; if maryanjo's gentle rubuke was for my objecting to Harradine's input  I would reply that I am all for debate - as long as there are facts, reason and respect in there. What I object to with this contributor is the scorn, derision, over-the-top bullying tone, and treating us as morons that comes through when he finds something hard to believe. The facts are that people take food-grade hydrogen peroxide internally and don't die (in fact they get better) despite H's disbelief (he still goes on about industrial-grade facts); and that people get very sick and can die from vaccines. I personally believe that the MMR, with its mercury content, provokes one form of Autism. I also lifted a WHO paper off the web where it is clearly stated by its Advisory Committee - and I quote:

• "Since new technologies are involved in the production of some pandemic vaccines, which have not yet been extensively evaluated for their safety in certain population groups, it is very important to implement post-marketing surveillance of the highest possible quality. In addition, rapid sharing of the results of immunogenicity and post-marketing safety and effectiveness studies among the international community will be essential for allowing countries to make necessary adjustments to their vaccination policies."

This is a clear admission that they are using unproven and untried drugs on people. And if that isn't the height of unsafe practice - even criminal, considering how many people were damaged or killed by the Tamiflu vaccine - then I don't know what is.  They are prepared to trial this vaccine on the world's population, but to cover themselves they advise that it be used only on:
"pregnant women; those aged above 6 months with one of several chronic medical conditions; healthy young adults of 15 to 49 years of age; healthy children; healthy adults of 50 to 64 years of age; and healthy adults of 65 years of age and above."

In other words, babies who are at risk of dying anyway and healthy people whose immune systems have a better chance of withstanding the toxic invasion. I note that the British doctor who 'died of swine flu' actually died of natural causes it was quietly stated a couple of days later. I wonder if his statistical death was taken off the list. You have to ask yourself: how much does WHO get compensated for working with Big Pharma...

I wrote of my concern to the NZ Ministry of Health. I got back a placating, soothing letter assuring me that our Govt did all the rigorous testing and made sure that vaccines were safe before using. If WHO can't guarantee this, how on earth can non-medical officials in our tiny country do so! As I pointed out to him, Governments are led by the nose by the giant pharmaceutical companies whose job appears to be to keep us sick - otherwise they'd not be in work! Another very good site to refer to is the NZ Immunization Awareness Society (sorry about the z - I always use the s but that's how it's spelt).

You are absolutely correct.  Its true that I have come across as disrespectful to certain views, which is probably because I have no respect for completely irrational positions and, unfortunately, all the reasoned argument in the world will never change the mind of someone who has reached a view via unreasoned thinking.  But I do not wish to show you disrespect as a person, so apologies for that. 

But some illogcal postions can be exasperating.  When I become frustrated, I am thinking of people who have a genuine health concern and decide to have a look online for some information.  They come across a site like this one, where people give direct advice which is sometimes dangerous, and some may get the impression that these methods are safe or effective.  That can be dangerous.  Its really not ok to give other people direct health advice without any knowlegde of their circumstances or evidence to back the advice, etc, etc.  Drinking, inhaling or injecting hydrogen peroxide will create a massive oxidative stress on the body.  Has this shown to be safe?  If so, how?  Long term/short term?  How has this been done?  By the fact that some people have tried it and are apparently ok?  Is that a very high standard of evidence?  Could someone else not risk a pretty nasty injury by inhaling h202?  Is that not even feasible, worth considering before advising others?

If one or even a handful or peoples' positive accounts are good enough to convince you that a treatment is safe, then fine.  What I can't then understand is why the same standard of evidence is not ok for something like vaccination? 

Most of the population has been vaccinated for something or other- literally millions and millions of people. It would be easy enough to find a handful, a hundred, a thousand or even millions of people who have been vaccinated multiple times and are perfectly healthy all their lives.  If these people gave you their testimonies to the safety of vaccines, would you conclude that vaccines are perfectly safe?  If the answer is no (and it should be no), then why do you do exactly that for something like hydrogen peroxide when you only have the account of a handful of people that it did not harm them?

Do you see my point?  I absolutely commend a sceptical attitude, I applaud it.  But it has to be applied with consistency.  You cannot write off any information whatsoevor if it comes from a source you passionately hate, (such as the scientific establishment), but embrace credulously any information, nomatter how far fetched, if it comes from a source you feel aligned with (such as internet sites that sell products using the words natural and alternative).  You can do that, but it simply demonstrates an obvious bias rather than a desire to find an objective truth.

On the one hand you quite rightly question the standard of evidence for a new H1N1 vaccine, and simulataneously accept the personal accounts of a handful of people that drinking H202 is perfectly safe.  That is an illogical position.

The final source of frustration is that any voice that does question alternative therapies is immediately labelled an agent of big pharma, etc or some other tainted bogey man.  This device enables anything the person then says to be ignored as corrupt, compromised in some way.  Never mind the fact that such questioning voices apply their scepticism across the board, to all treatments and systems.  Its just that the evidence for some stacks up better than others.

So apologise if I showed a lack of repesct.  But you do fill your posts with open ended questions and speculation, which really isn't helpful in any way regarding health advice. 

On the point of the h1n1 vaccine- like I say, I'm really not sure that we are at the stage where it should be rushed through.  Safety is paramount.

Clearly you can surf the web.  I would despair if you considered that genuine research.  But I don't know what you actually think?   

Providing us with links is one thing.  Why not have your own views?  If vaccination really is a conspiracy, then show us why. Not links- you.

For all you know those links might be from insane sources, or the best sources available. How would you tell the difference?  I imagine you must know how to tell and what criteria to apply (have you heard of Austin Bradford Hill Criteria?)?

What do you think and why do you think it? I completely disagree with you, which I find interesting and fascinating (which is why I post here).  In my line of work I disagree with people very often (its absolutely ok and normal, essential even).

 So I invite you to join in- reason with me. Why do you believe that vaccination is actually a conspiracy?  In your own words.

 btw I don't work for a flaming pharma bloody company!  I am a trained scientist, but don't let my understanding of fact and knowledge disarm you. I would like to know how you arrive at your position.  It interests me. Where did you come from and how did you find yourself doing what you are doing?

As a scientist, we always say 'examine other peoples' position, but examine your own position even more'.  Its a rule we live and die by, its essential for even basic science. And hence why I engage you.

I don't read any of Harradine's replies to me - but I started reading what he wrote to you before I realised it was he. That he's admitted to being a scientist confirms my original guess. His lofty, sneering tone hasn't let up and I am more convinced than ever that he has come on to this site just to argue (by his own admission). He's not interested in learning anything new or attempting to bridge the gap between scientific (laboratory) medicine and holistic healing. But then, he belongs to a profession whose members admit to fudging results to suit whoever's paying them to prove their point, or ignoring potentially dangerous side effects (hey, lab rat, remember thalidomide?)

He can't see that all you're doing is sharing information; his way is to prove or disprove everything and have one say "You're right" at the end (typical scientist). Ironically he says his friends (he has some??) treat him with contempt for being on this Forum; I say 'ironically' because he doesn't yet understand that that is what I, at least (can't speak for others but perhaps I can guess) feel for him too. He says "Help him understand" - which is the last thing he could expect from a 'mad' man. Well I think I've spelt it out pretty clearly from my perspective: if you ignore an itch, it eventually goes away; if a bug bites you, squash it - or spray it with one of the deadly chemicals which scientists create that detrimentally affect so many people's lives...  and now I'd better follow my own advice.

Kiwigal, I have not admitted to being a scientist. I am incredibly proud to be one. Part of a profession that meant I can communicate with you right now, and you with others. This and many other incredible achievments. I really don't want to argue at all. I have only had one aim and stated it clearly and frequently- ask fir evidence to support claims. That is important, that's how mankind tells good information from bad. You ignore my responses and communicate with me via answers to others. That's a bit childish. And squashing people like bugs, spraying them with chemicals? That's not very nice. Of course I know all about thalidomide. An absolute disaster that clearly exposed major faults in the system 40 odd years ago. The modern era of drug testing was largely shaped by that event. The medicines act, terotogenic testing, pm surveillance. You say that the scientific profession fudges its results to suit the needs of it's funders. This is quite a naive view of science, a vast project that started 500 years ago. How many people working in science so you know? It seems you have an evil characature of all of us in your head! It's very easy to change the mind of a scientist- give them evidence. That's their language. You seem to hate science with a strong passion. It's sad to see. This whole swine flu pandemic absolutely stinks of manipulation.

The World Health Organisation has nothing to do with health and has a major goal of massive population reduction...one way they do this is through vaccination programmes.

The bottom line is the swine flu is designed to scare people into getting the vaccine...AVOID THE VACCINE AT ALL COSTS...the vaccine manufacturers know EXACTLY what is in it and the damage it will do...we will never be told what,but we will certainly find out to our personal cost,and it WILL cause massive damage to millions of people because that is precisely what it has been designed to do.

The only way we can stand up to this mass poisoning of the population is refusal to submit to the vaccine.

Unfortunately the media has whipped up such a panic that most people will rush to be first in line for their shots...which is exactly how is has been designed to be.

As of yet there has been no talk of compulsory vaccination but the WHO has the power to order it and governments must comply...refusal to submit if forced vaccinations are ordered is arrest and imprisonment...mass holding camps have been constructed in the USA for just this purpose (just google FEMA Camps)...you can bet there are plans for the same in the UK.

I am aware this sounds like scaremongering and it may not happen but we really must start opening our eyes,stop watching TV and reading newspapers and take responsibility for our own health or else it WILL be taken away from us.

The only way to make informed decisions is by having all the relevant information,but the media just presents the official version,and as a result the majority of people make their choices based on what the authorities decide to tell us...websites like this allow people access to the other side of the story and thus aids them in making better decisions about their health.

Believe this info or dismiss it as rubbish that is your choice but at least you have the info which is a damn sight more than the "health" authorities have given you.

You surely can't keep a straight face while telling us the press is whipping up an unfounded storm while simultaneously telling us that we are all going to holding cells soon?  You don't think that's hysteria on yet another level? 

Ok, insane is a bit strong.  But, sufice it to say that this forum is a much more perfect match for your views than anything I have to say, for sure.

You have taken an issue, (swine flu) accused the media of whipping up a storm out of nothing, then strangely added an extra level of hysteria by telling us that in fact, its not just flu, its actually a plot to kill millions and round us all up in death camps if it all goes wrong. 

You have added more hysteria and made more of an issue of swine flu than any of the news sources you accuse of hysteria.  No wonder you advise we don't watch them.  According to them, swine flu is an unusual flu strain that we should catch in a tissue.  According to you it is the end of days and we will be frogmarched into camps..  Its an illogical mess.  Do you think this will happen?  Are you willing to bet the farm on it? 

I however.  I do not offer any advice, make any claims or tell anyone else what to do- and in all the post I've made on this website, I never have.

So why should we believe you? You might not be insane, but then again, you might be the most insane man ever to use a computer.  So might I - but I'm not telling anyone what to do or think- you're the only one doing that here, while telling everyone to disregard all that they see and hear, from every source, except...oh yes..you.

Harradine, you say you have no respect for irrational positions? What makes you think that you are better qualified to decide which idea is just irrational hypothesis, and which is correct thinking?  All I see is rudeness of a kind which would not be tolerated on most Forums.

I know, for a fact, that the MMR jab triggered my grandson's autism. He was turned 3 before he had the jab, and would have shown definite signs before then. He passed all his "milestones" up to that time. He was a chatty, potty trained, affectionate, and very vocal child who could already count to 50, and knew all his letters and some small words. After 3 days of fevers which the Doctors couldn't lessen, and listening to him scream like an animal in a trap, he was non-verbal ,  back in nappies, made no eye contact, and couldn't bear to be touched. The only thing different that happened during those 3 days was the MMR jab. I do know this for sure because I reared him from the day he left hospital.

We contacted a Website for Vaccine damaged children, only to be told that the Govt. had withdrawn the Free Legal Aid for these cases. What are the Government hiding? The 3 separate immunisations were safer.The combined MMR was just a cost cutting exercise.

We already know the Pharma Companies lie about their products. They knew rats exposed to Thalidomide had kits with deformed limbs, but suppressed this information when they released it. I see Thalidomide is now being peddled for treating Leprosy. Does one assume Lepers never get pregnant?

Of course there were other disasters like Vioxx! Shall we ignore them too?

Perhaps I know more than you, originally having trained as an SRN, laterMD. I don't trust scientists, especially blinkered ones.

Would you have the swine flu vaccine?

Baxter and GSK are making it...last February Baxter sent vials of flu vaccine that were contaminated,despite "strict safety measures", with bird flu virus to 18 countries...Baxter were negotiating at that time to supply bird flu vaccine to those same countries.

A subsequent investigation found no wrong doing,nobody's fault,move along,nothing to see.

Would you have the swine flu vaccine made by Baxter knowing these details?..which you won't have read in the papers because it wasn't widely reported.

Recently I attended a debate about vaccines and one participant, from a country where they want to vaccinate her children against her will asked what she could do about it.  One of the suggestions was to vaccine the jab card and another tried and tested formula was to require a signed certificate from the doctor in question that the person is in perfect health before the vaccination and that the doctor guarantees that the vaccine will not do any harm.  Most doctors back down on that one.

I found that comment of Jill's about the doctor being asked to sign a document testifying to the complete safety of the vaccine very interesting.  Does this mean that that document would translate into a legal document in the event of the vaccination proving to be harmful to the individual?  Maybe the enthusiasm for mandatorily vaccinating all of us would pale slightly at the prospect of having to provide lifelong care to all the people that become ill because of the vaccine.

I admire people who are passionate about their beliefs but when they think that their way is the only way - then that is how wars get started.  There are more things in heaven and earth than can be scientifically proven.  I have been a spiritual healer for many years and have witnessed miracles when doctors have given patients a few months to live.  The power of the mind is phenomenal in the healing process - but how can it be proven to the satisfaction of a scientist?

I understand that you are a passionate scientist Harradine and respect that.  However, from what and how you communicate, I get the impression that you have come onto this site to teach us all the error of our ways.  You have stated that your colleagues consider us as questionable - maybe they consider us to be inferior to them in some way - who knows.  Are you really open to learning anything or are you just here to teach?  Would you accept anything that couldn't be proved scientifically - or is that the limitation you have set on yourself?

Yes, Robin is very vocal about his beliefs and some of what he says is new to me, but a lot I have heard before from different sources.  He's really not on his own in what he says - he's just brave enough to vocalise it on here.  You should understand that as you are doing the same.  You say that he is telling us all what to do - but isn't that what you are doing with reverse psychology by holding him up to ridicule? 

My friend's mum died in hospital because a doctor overmedicated her and succeeded in burning a hole in her stomach in the process - thus poisoning her whole system.   Before she died she told him to his face that she didn't want him anywhere near her as he had killed her.  How is that any different from posting remedies on here that have worked for some people but won't necessarily for others?  There are always those who when told to jump off a cliff will do so, but hopefully most people will engage their brain first and wonder if it's safe or not and refer to their internal survival instinct.

It takes all sorts to make the world and the best we can do is to respect each other and agree to disagree.

I understand that as a scientist you feel the need to correct everybody in the way you have been trained as a scientist. The thing you have to understand is that many systems of alternative medicines couldn't give a toss about western science and have functioned without it for thousand of years.  I'm in the middle of an acupuncture BSc and I enjoy learning western sciences, especially as they are now starting to find scientific explanations for the way our treatments work. But it pisses me off when bigheaded scientists like you (and my physiology teacher) think they know it all. For me you guys are like big children playing with all your important theories that promise to save the world when in reality they are achieving nothing of significance for alot of people who really need help.

Quantum science and knowledge of systems like the ECM are touching on what the Chinese and Indians have known for thousands of years. If you look more into that you would have more understanding for our way of thinking and we one day might get the respect we deserve.

I think you should do a degree in an eastern science or just go to a mediation retreat before you make more nasty comments about any person on this forum, might chill you out a bit. You need it my brother!!

I am with Robin on this issue. Harradine is arguing from a narrow perspective, and defending his profession: hardly a rational position when the opportunity for the mass abuse of whole populations by a criminal elite has already passed the point of being potential ... it is now scientific reality. Those who describe well read people like Robin as 'insane,' are following the well-worn defamation tactic of Marxists, Bolsheviks, Communists, and Zionists the world over, who are collectively incapable of making reasoned, fact-filled points because they are parasites; and parasites can only live by feeding off a host. Therefore, to defend themselves they only have quack theories, lies, or ad-hominem attacks to fall back on.

The United States already has bioweapons that target specific genetic groups. I believe the Chinese race has already been targetted in this obscene development programme. The Chinese authorities know about this and have made their position clear. This is one (of several) reason(s) why the US Dollar will soon be history and why American territory and assets (buildings, roads, etc.) have already been offered to Beijing as collatoral for further loans.

But, I don't wish to engage in a lengthy debate over the safety of the specific vaccine for Swine Flu (A-H1N1 Virus). With a few exceptions, we all know that vaccines can never be proven safe until several years, if not decades, after they have been first administered. Most of us also know that the track record for new vaccines (say, over the past 20 years) has been a very poor one. And, as far as the Swine Flu "pandemic" is concerned, we all know that we are being asked to accept an unproven vaccine for A-H1N1, which has been produced with almost military speed; or with a speed that suggests someone or some group had planned this "outbreak" all along, quite some time ago.

 

Already we have some heroes & heroines:

An Austrian lady by the name of Jane Burgermeister recently filed criminal charges with the FBI against the World Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations (UN), and several of the highest ranking government and corporate officials concerning bioterrorism and attempts to commit mass murder. She also prepared an injunction against forced vaccination which is being filed in America. These actions follow her charges filed in April [2009] against Baxter AG and Avir Green Hills Biotechnology of Austria for producing contaminated bird flu vaccine, alleging this was a deliberate act to cause and profit from a pandemic. After her brave actions had hit home, Jane Burgermeister was then unceremoniously sacked from her job as the European Correspondent for the "Renewable Energy World" website, in revenge. So you can see, the crooks running this world will not hesitate to destroy or wound anyone found to be affectively opposing their plan; whose goal remains One World Government running a reduced population of obedient serfs.

By the way, the population reduction plan is not the product of a "conspiracy theorist" ... it was announced by a Rockerfeller at some global meeting, in the early 1970s (or early 1950s?) if memory serves me well. Readers could confirm this within 10 minutes by performing an appropriate Internet search. The plan is being advanced now because the bio-technology of today is allowing them to. The worrying part is that White Europeans are already trapped in a depopulation cycle thanks to the contraceptive pill, abortion, feminism, and a suicidal lack of will to reproduce. This reality is being cynically masked by the elite engineering, through mass immigration and the toleration of illegal immigration. (2) Name one vaccine that has cured a viral infection. Any viral infection will do.

(3) What are normal vaccines designed to actually do? Do vaccines give your body more power? Or, do vaccines stimulate a response in some other body mechanism?

(4) Do you understand the role White Blood Cells perform in the bloodstream?

(5) When you are infected by a virus (any virus), what is the first cell (or first cell type) that reacts to this infection?

(6) When this cell {named in (5) above} has finished reacting to the said infection, and has successfully dealt with the infection, what condition is the host body now in? [Clue: the correct answer begins with 'c' and ends with 'd' and has five letters]

(7) What does Aquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome mean? Do you understand why it was given this name, and what it implies?

(8) Is it correct to say that someone "died of AIDS"??

(9) How many years has the Influenza Virus lived amongst the human population? Since England last won the World Cup? Since 1918? Since the days of Sir Isaac Newton? Or, probably since prehistoric times (circa 10,000 years BC and beyond)??

(10) Is A-H1N1 (Swine Flu Virus) a natural mutation, or do many experts believe it could only have come about through Genetic Engineering (i.e., in a Lab somewhere)?

 

If you cannot answer the above questions accurately then I guess you should just lie down like a good, boy or girl, and await instructions from your Mummy & Daddy State. You belong to the State. You are already a Communist slave. You are ready to be stamped with a number, and watched by cameras 24/7. They will soon have enough chemicals syringed into you to make you actively seek out your total enslavement, just as a heroin junkie might. You are no longer a human being ... you are nothing more than an animal waiting to be milked, fleeced, and taken down to the abattoir when 'they' have done with you.

I will now finish my lengthy discourse by quoting from an article published some months ago; it is a compilation of Secret Human Experimentations. For brevity, I shall omit more than 2/3rds from the total list of incidents I have in front of me:

1931 - Dr. Cornelius Rhoads, under the auspices of the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Investigations, infects human subjects with cancer cells. He later goes on to establish the U.S. Army Biological Warfare facilities in Maryland, Utah, and Panama, and is named to the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission. While there, he begins a series of radiation exposure experiments on American soldiers and civilian hospital patients.

1940 - Four hundred prisoners in Chicago are infected with Malaria in order to study the effects of new and experimental drugs to combat the disease. Nazi doctors later on trial at Nuremberg cite this American study to defend their own actions during the Holocaust.

1942 - Chemical Warfare Services begins mustard gas experiments on approximately 4,000 servicemen. The experiments continue until 1945 and made use of Seventh Day Adventists who chose to become human guinea pigs rather than serve on active duty.

1945 - "Program F" is implemented by the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission (AEC). This is the most extensive U.S. study of the health effects of fluoride, which was the key chemical component in atomic bomb production. One of the most toxic chemicals known to man, fluoride, it is found, causes marked adverse effects to the central nervous system but much of the information is squelched in the name of national security because of fear that lawsuits would undermine full-scale production of atomic bombs.

1947 - Colonel E.E. Kirkpatrick of the U.S. Atomic Energy Comission issues a secret document (Document 07075001, January 8, 1947) stating that the agency will begin administering intravenous doses of radioactive substances to human subjects.

1947 - The CIA begins its study of LSD as a potential weapon for use by American intelligence. Human subjects (both civilian and military) are used with and without their knowledge.

1953 - CIA initiates Project MKULTRA. This is an eleven year research program designed to produce and test drugs and biological agents that would be used for mind control and behavior modification. Six of the subprojects involved testing the agents on unwitting human beings.

1965 - Project CIA and Department of Defense begin Project MKSEARCH, a program to develop a capability to manipulate human behavior through the use of mind-altering drugs.

1970 - Funding for the synthetic biological agent is obtained under H.R. 15090. The project, under the supervision of the CIA, is carried out by the Special Operations Division at Fort Detrick, the army's top secret biological weapons facility. Speculation is raised that molecular biology techniques are used to produce AIDS-like retroviruses.

1975 - The virus section of Fort Detrick's Center for Biological Warfare Research is renamed the Fredrick Cancer Research Facilities and placed under the supervision of the National Cancer Institute (NCI) . It is here that a special virus cancer program is initiated by the U.S. Navy, purportedly to develop cancer-causing viruses. It is also here that retrovirologists isolate a virus to which no immunity exists. It is later named HTLV (Human T-cell Leukemia Virus).

1978 - Experimental Hepatitis B vaccine trials, conducted by the CDC, begin in New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco. Ads for research subjects specifically ask for promiscuous homosexual men.

1981 - First cases of AIDS are confirmed in homosexual men in New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco, triggering speculation that AIDS may have been introduced via the Hepatitis B vaccine.

1986 - A report to Congress reveals that the U.S. Government's current generation of biological agents includes: modified viruses, naturally occurring toxins, and agents that are altered through genetic engineering to change immunological character and prevent treatment by all existing vaccines.

1994 - With a technique called "gene tracking," Dr. Garth Nicolson at the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX discovers that many returning Desert Storm veterans are infected with an altered strain of Mycoplasma incognitus, a microbe commonly used in the production of biological weapons. Incorporated into its molecular structure is 40 percent of the HIV protein coat, indicating that it had been man-made.

 

You still want to receive your Flu Shot? You still believe, despite all the contrary evidence, that the United Nations and the WHO are working for your best interests? After all, they were both set up by Communists as they were designed to advance a Communist agenda.
