I find it an important time of year to do the self check thing. As an additional its good to do the detox after the full moon as the body expells toxing better than at a time of a waxing moon.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I've managed to chop off a good few spoonfulls from my winter intake and feel so much better already :-)&lt;/p&gt;

I felt fantastic afterwards and highly recommend it.&lt;/p&gt;
