My reaction to B17 I was taking large doses of B17 in the form of up to 50 kernels a day plus two tablets twice a day. So much for the 'more than two a day' will kill you theory. I always wonder why the B17 police never worry about ratafia biscuits which are also made from apricot kernels!

B17 is also found in Almonds, apple pips, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries and cherry pips to a lesser degree. Funny how these are not bad for you according to the b17 "police" despite containing the same substance.
