My older son is a great believer in fitness and used to eat small meals 5 times a day and regularly works in the gym, he found wheat had a build up effect as he ate sandwhiches during the day so had to alter his diet as recently he had such pain in his feet he could hardly walk, now al well.

Every time I sat down I fell asleep. I ached in every muscle and joint, and felt as if I was in a permanent fug. I am a complimentary therapist and yoga teacher , so I took my own advice and did a food exclusion test - no wheat. Within days, all my symptoms had gone, but the detox was interesting to say the least. I was literally passing 'acid' in my urine and was having to go to the loo up to 10 times a day. It lasted for about 2 weeks. I feel really well now and spelt has no adverse effects. Oh, by the way

My symptoms were put down to being old, I am 62 now and in better health than ever.

You need to repair the mucous membrane of your intestine by using : L. Glutamine(I prefer the powder) and Biotin. Avoid all glutens and dairy products apart from butter. I hope you are eating meat (white). Chew the food properly , I think you are not digesting the vegetable. Take digestive enzymes and probiotics. As for fats, use butter, olive oil and coconut oil.
